Mercedes-Benz tops US luxury car sales, topples BMW
Mercedes-Benz claimed the crown of top selling luxury car brand in the US, despite a late surge from BMW.
Thanks to the addition of the Mercedes-Benz CLA, as well as the redesigned E-Class and S-Class models, the German brand sold 312,534 units in 2013, up 14 % from the previous year. BMW sold 309,280 units in 2013.
