2005-2008 Toyota Prius with faulty HID headlights

The hits just keep on coming for Toyota. First they lose $7.7 billion in 2008. Then they cause controversy back in Japan by planning an “environmentally-friendly” R & D center on top of centuries-old rice fields. Hyundai Assurance Gas Lock guarantees $1.49 gas

With gasoline prices rising again, and with expectations of $3 per gallon during the summer, Hyundai is now offering an Assurance Gas Lock guarantee for a year’s worth of gas at $1.49 per gallon on most Hyundai models leased or purchased between July 1 and August 31, 2009. Hyundai Assurance Gas Lock complements Hyundai Assurance and Hyundai’s 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty, and is available with special rebate and financing options on individual models. 2010 Toyota Camry tops American-Made Index

Cars.com has come up with an American-Made Index that rates vehicles built and bought in the United States. Factors include sales, where the car’s parts are made and whether the car is assembled in America. Models that have been discontinued are disqualified, as are those with a domestic-parts content rating below 75%. And the results are surprising. Continue reading »

2010 Hyundai Equus to compete with Lexus

2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged U.S. upgrade

Jaguar has announced the introduction of the 2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged in the United States. The mid-year model is powered by a 470 hp version of the 5.0L supercharged AJ-V8 Gen III engine that debuted at this year’s Detroit Auto Show in various Land Rover models.
