Holden gets HSV Clubsport R8 Tourer wagon

The car known as the Pontiac G8 GXP in America is actually an Australian model by GM-owned Holden called the HSV Clubsport R8. The Australians now get a wagon version of the muscle-sedan, called the HSV Clubsport R8 Tourer.

The Australian-market Clubsport R8 has a new 425 hp 6.2L LS3 V8. The new LS3 V8 also has 405 lb-ft of torque. The R8 Tourer gets the new V8, as well as a standard 6-speed manual, rear-wheel-drive, and enough space to have a beer festival. Options include leather upholstery, automatic gearbox, and 20-inch wheels. Don’t expect this car in the GCC though.
