Volkswagen is so desperate to make a few bucks that they simply facelifted the latest Chrysler Grand Voyager, upgraded the interior a bit, and renamed it the VW Routan. It is their attempt to cheaply add a conventional minivan to their range, cashing in on the blind faith that some people have on the VW badge. (more…)

The bedded version of the Hummer H3 has been revealed by General Motors. The new off-road truck, dubbed the Hummer H3T, features four doors and a proper bed long enough to fit a small dirtbike apparently. (more…)

The top dog at General Motors figured that the camo on their upcoming Chevrolet Camaro was affecting their aerodynamics tests, so they decided to drive around their prototype without any dressing any more. These photos, released by GM themselves, show the actual production-version exterior trim of the all-new 2009 Camaro. (more…)

The 2008 Detroit Auto Show will highlight the new high-performance Cadillac CTS-V. The 2009 CTS-V outdoes its chief competitors, namely the BMW M5 et al, by utilising GM’s new LSA supercharged V8, derived from the LS9 in the new Corvette ZR1. (more…)

The new Corvette variant that was spotted over the last few years in testing has now been officially designated as the ZR1. Chevrolet has revived the ZR1 badge for the first time since the C4-based original faded away in 1995. And it is a monster. (more…)

The limited-production 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt was unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show last month. The Mustang Bullitt, named after the 1960s cult movie Bullitt, is available in green like the original Mustang in the movie, but it can also be had in black. (more…)

This is the 2009 Lincoln MKS, Ford’s attempt at rejuvenating the dying Lincoln brand, unveiled at the 2007 Los Angeles Auto Show currently running this November. It is a full-size luxury car based on the Ford Five Hundred platform, which itself is a derivation of the Volvo S80 platform. In other words, it is a front-wheel-drive barge competing in a world of rear-driven luxo-powerhouses. (more…)

The Chevy Aveo sedan was redesigned some time ago to sport a total facelift. While not exactly beautiful, it gave the sedan a much better look, but GM left the hatchback alone, continuing in its older form. Well, the hatchback finally gets its facelift, and it is disturbing. (more…)

The Auburn Speedster was a powerful American sports car built from 1929 to 1937, before disappearing decades ago. They were available with a variety of big engines, such as a supercharged inline-8 and even a V12. A new company called Speedster Motorcars is putting these cars on the road again. (more…)
