BMW offers AC Schnitzer Falcon kit for X5 & X6 in Middle East
BMW dealers in some oil-rich Middle Eastern cities such as Abu Dhabi are offering AC Schnitzer Falcon body kits for the BMW X5 and the BMW X6, with dealer-fitted factory warranties. BMW’s Middle East office reports that the 7-Series is their top-selling model in that flamboyant Arab region, followed by the BMW X6 and then the BMW X5. Considering how much money the Arabs made off the backs of overpriced barrels of crude, BMW should have no problem offloading these overblown kits.
The Falcon kit consists of multipiece AC Schnitzer 22-inch alloy wheels, as well as new bumpers, side skirts, fender flares, hood vents and a rear spoiler, all made of high-quality plastics. There are no performance add-ons to speak of, at least in the Arab version of the Falcon.
