Alfa Romeo Milano already in production

Fresh photos of the upcoming 2010 Alfa Romeo Milano has been leaked, straight off the factory floor, as posted on the 147 fan page in Facebook. It looks like the replacement for the 147 hatchback is well on its way into production.

The Milano will use Alfa’s corporate 1.4-litre turbo and 1.7-litre turbo 4-cylinder engines, while a sportier GTA version will probably debut later.

The Milano uses styling cues from the MiTo for the front end, while retaining the “coupe” look of outgoing 147 with its hidden rear door handles.

We can expect these cars to cross the pond and reach the United States when Alfa Romeo is reborn as a brand in America next year, under the new Fiat-Chrysler.
