2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate wagon debuts

The latest 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan is turning out to be a bestseller around the world, even with its fat-assed looks. Of course, no one expected the new-generation model’s Estate wagon version to look any better either. But the wagon is now out in Europe, and it should sell well there.

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate wagon made its European debut quietly, sharing the same inline-4, V6 and V8 engines as the midsize sedan. Of course, cabin volume has gone up, with the ability to hold 24.7 cu.ft of cargo out back, increasing to 70.6 cu.ft with the rear seats folded down. Of course, wagons were never a hit in the United States, but they are big business in the German automaker’s homeland.
