2010 Ford Fusion gets a new front end

The Mexican-built Ford Fusion is due for a major facelift in 2010, and this is the first photo of the production-ready models.

It is same to say that the overall shape hasn’t changed much, and most of the redesign has concentrated on upgrading the front end, with most likely a new interior. Latest news suggest that the American engine range includes a 174 hp 2.5L 4-cylinder, a 240 hp 3.0L V6 and a 263 hp 3.5L V6, all available with a new 6-speed automatic. Americans will also get a hybrid version of the Fusion, with a reported range as high as 700 miles.
