2010 Audi Q7 gets unnoticeable facelift

The Audi Q7 has received a very minor facelift for the 2010 model year. The changes are so minor that even the engines will be carried over.

The 2010 Audi Q7 has reshaped bumpers, new headlights, LED running lights, full LED rear lights, added chrome finishes on the bumpers and doors, two-tone exterior mirrors, new wheel designs and a few more obscure bits. It looks like faux-tough side-skirts will be optionally available.

Updates to the lopsided interior include ventilated leather front seats, ambient interior door lighting, random chrome add-ons, additional wood inlays on the passenger side dash, and a new MMI navigation system with 3D navigation and joystick control.

The 2010 Audi Q7 will go on sale this fall, with the existing 280 hp 3.6L V6 and 350 hp 4.2L V8 engines.
