2008 Ford Mustang gets optional glass top
Sales of the retro Ford Mustang is down 19% this year. The pony car is becoming boring as everyone seems to have one. To spruce up interest, Ford is offering a US$ 1,995 glass roof option for the 2008 model.
The roof is made of special tinted glass that reduces infrared rays and heat, with a manual roller blind. It does not open like a normal sunroof.
Hardly cheap, and we doubt they’ll sell many.
